Building Homes,

Creating a Legacy.

Problem Statement

Black Canadians face unique barriers in accessing and creating affordable, quality housing, including lower homeownership rates, income inequality, rental housing stress, and systemic discrimination. Despite the availability of some targeted funds through programs like the CMHC’s Black-led housing initiatives, these resources remain underutilized due to limited accessibility and a lack of support for Black-led housing solutions. This has left a critical gap in the availability of sustainable and affordable rental options for Black Canadians, impacting community stability and economic mobility.

To create thriving, inclusive communities where Black Canadians across the country have equitable access to quality, affordable housing. By establishing and managing affordable housing properties, we aim to empower individuals, foster community resilience, and contribute to a stronger, more diverse Canadian housing landscape.
